The AMATS Citizens Involvement Committee (CIC) is the forum through which the public may weigh in directly on transportation-related matters. Through its open-meeting format, CIC members may freely discuss issues with AMATS staff members and other players in the region’s planning process. The AMATS staff works closely with the CIC members to identify potential discussion topics and in the preparation of necessary meeting materials and the scheduling of guest speakers. The committee meets regularly and its membership is open to all who wish to participate. Regular meetings commence at 6:30pm and are held virtually via Zoom. Additional committee meetings may be scheduled by the CIC members if they so desire, and location may change as needed. Registration for CIC meetings can be done by emailing Kerry Prater.
