DWIHN plans to increase its bed capacity by partnering with Trillium (external organization) to build and operate a long term behavioral health care facility. The agency will invest $3.5 million in exchange for access to a set number of beds, and a locked-in rate for five years.

DWIHN projected to invest $3.5 million in the project. The facility would hopefully divert clients in the following ways
There was a question from Board Member, Bernard Parker, RE: a question he received on why an RFP wasn’t put out
The recommendation on the Trillium presentation was submitted

📑 Plante Moran issued Unmodified Opinions on all 3, “Entirely Clean Audit” according to A. Watkins
